Initial support contacts

One of the changes that went live last week is Initial Support Contacts.
This feature allows setting up a person or team to receive email
notifications of new support requests filed. This is a great feature
that can be used to build an active support community around your
software.
You can choose to be a support contact for an upstream product, for a
specific distribution package, or for the entire distribution. To
register, visit the +support-contact page of the software you'd like to
help support; the page is accessible from the Specifications submenu,
and for the gnome-app-install product, for instance, it's at:
https://launchpad.net/products/gnome-app-install/+support-contact
