Bazaar-NG branches on LP and contacting an LP admin

First, you have to be aware of the distinction between series and
branches. But I think that confusion was cleared up in the UI and that
your second question is unrelated to your first one.

Then, there is the usual problem that you cannot delete anything from
Lauchpad, but it's not specific to branches.

The branch owner cannot currently change the name or product of a
branch. That is a bug and we do plan to fix it. But at the moment you'd
better get it right at first.

You should probably add branches from your personal page, or remember to
set the "author" to yourself when adding a branch from a product page.
It's also a bug that this is not set by default.

Asking on this mailing list is probably a good way. Generally, series
cannot be removed at the moment (it's not clear that it will ever be
possible), but an admin can move them out of the way.
