OpenOffice translation import to rosetta?

Hi

I take part in translating OpenOffice to latvian. We have made some
progress, but as I see nothing of  it has reached rosetta.

How can I import our job to rosetta, or whom do i need to cantact to do that?

And how do translations from rosetta get to official developers?
