How do Launchpad's GNOME translations get to Gnome

I think this is now a FAQ; Daf, could you help us construct a good
answer for this, with a proposed workflow for working upstream? Or does
the Rosetta FAQ already contain a good answer for that? If so, why not
point people there (and improve that resource)?
