Don't feel like this about launchpad, we can help you ;)

Good.

I see, I encourage you to file this bug and also get involved with the
community via IRC or maillisting and discuss the issue.

Ok, there are plans to make the task "filling a bug on my Ubuntu" easier
from a fresh install, some of them suggest we shouldn't even require the use
of a browser, so it will get better soon. Nonetheless, we can file a bug via
the page:
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu
Attempt to the menu in the right side of the page, click in "Bugs".

Okay, first, you need to create a key, the keyring is the concept of a group
of keys you know about. I suggest you to read more documentation about
GPG/PGP key creation and handling at:
http://www.gnupg.org/(en)/documentation/howtos.html
If you are interested in. Anyway, GPG setup isn't necessary to file or
handle bugs within Launchpad.

Okay, personally I think following:
<quote>if "FOO" doesn't make sense for you at all, it's because you don't
need it.</quote>
But I do agree that the FAQ and other launchpad user documentation could be
more explicit about certain things.
Now that you got some hints about "How to file a bug using Launchpad" task,
you can possible file some in Launchpad itself ;) please feel free to expose
your ideas to the community and collaborate with the development of this tool.

Join the #launchpad and #ubuntu IRC channels, there is a bunch of people to
help and guide you to collaborate with them.
