Martin,

Are you really sure you want to comment this REJECTED bug ?

I suggest you to open a new bug and include further information about the
error you faced (OOPS or even timestamp of you action).

BTW, CoC signature is one of the community commitment instruments offered by
Launchpad and it is required, for instance, for Ubuntu Membership, among
other features, nothing special, just a feature to help communities
organization.

No magic is required at all, a lot of people have handled it very easily and
we are here to help you to do the same.

Some questions that can help us to understand your problem:

 * Are you habituated to OpenPGP behaviour ?

 * Have you used it before ?

 * From where did you get the error message you posted ?
