Ubuntu Bugzilla to Malone (Launchpad) migration complete

For the record, even in Bugzilla, this wouldn't be FIXED -- it would be
RESOLVED WORKSFORME. In Malone, I use Rejected to indicate that, today.
It may be deserving of more analysis, but I believe that usually you
don't care about WORKSFORME bugs -- it's too vague a resolution (you
don't know if it was a hardware fluke, user error, fixed as part of
another release, lunar cycle effect, etc).
