Have you been reading the same debian-devel that I have ?

I'm sure that Debian would very much like us to file high-quality bug
reports containg the patches that we think Debian should apply.  But
(a) this cannot be achieved by providing a web form in Malone for
filing Debian bugs and (b) even if something in Malone files a Debian
bug then it should be described as `file bug in Debian BTS' not
`request fix in Debian'.
