Hmm, I found this project that would let you do what you want, but I
haven't tried it: http://sourceforge.net/projects/wiki2pdf/
Anyway, for the packaging of wiki documentation, you should contact
ubuntu's developers at ubuntu-devel at lists.ubuntu.com
About a way to translate wiki documentation... I'm not aware of any
script that converts the wiki file format into a .po file that
Launchpad/Rosetta need to handle translations. We don't have a plan to
add support directly for the wiki format, at least not in the near
future.
