wiki documentation/book translation

The Blender project http://www.blender.org has a wiki
http://wiki.blender.org that we are using, among other things, to
allow full translation of our extensive user manual.  We currently
have completed English (currently being revised for latest release)
and Spanish translations, with rapidly growing French and Italian
translations, and other translations growing at a more modest pace
(Nine active tranlations in total, with the Chinese translation being
hosted offsite..).

Is there some sort of 'plan' for wiki documentation translation?  Or a
plan for including wiki documentation with distributions (Ie some way
to easily pull docs into pdf files or html docs).
