The email interface is currently down due to a bug. A fixed is ready,
but it's waiting to be rolled out. It should be back up again tomorrow.

Yeah, I think that we will change it so that commands have to be in the
beginning of the email, and that they don't have to be indented. I will
try to find time to write up a mini-spec how to do it exactly, and to
get the idea approved be a few people.
