Conseil 0.0.1, a launchpad reader

As part of my Google SoC, I release Conseil 0.0.1 :

ATM, this is nothings but an incomplete launchpad reader.

I decided to release this to have feedback, ideas and things like that.

The roadmap is pretty simple as I would have to conquer the world
before the end of the Summer...
