Branching from a renamed product

Thank you for asking that here.

The product renaming can be done, provided I get notified to fix the
importd data if necessary.

The supporting renaming of svn branch root looks isomorphic to a basic
level of support for non-trunk branches. I do not know if cscvs has the
necessary logic.

Robert, what do you recall about that?

Colin: I could try to experiment with svn renaming next week (note that
I am on vacation from the 12 to the 17th of July). I think that falls
nicely in the scope of "good svn imports" that sabdfl asked me to focus on.

But it would certainly be simpler for me to just make a new import and
lose the old history. The old branch could be either manually deleted,
reassigned to you, or kept associated to an historic product series with
importstatus=STOPPED.

Right now, I have set the importstatus of prebaseconfig/main to STOPPED.
