The point of having the bug tracker is to see what Debian's BTS is doing
with the bug. If we manually change the status we lose that information.
We actually *want* to know if Debian has a different status than Ubuntu.
However, I agree it would be nice to see the status of all tasks for a
particular bug report in the summary page.
