how to get permissions to edit a product?

Hi,

I'd like to do some changes (edit description, add a MAIN serie instead of 0.6.0
which is just a release, not a serie, upload a PO files so we can use Rosetta to
maintain translations) the Picard product page
<https://launchpad.net/products/picard>, but I'm not the person who registered
it at Launchpad so I don't have permissions to do that. Is there some way to get
these permissions?
