how to get permissions to edit a product?

Send an email to rosetta at launchpad.net about this and your involvement
on the Picard project (I see from the Picard's web page that you are a
contributor of that project). Also, be sure that your import request
follows the import policy we have at:
https://wiki.launchpad.canonical.com/RosettaNewImportPolicy
