This works for when I add a comment to a bug report. It also works
when I change the status of a bug report, and add a comment explaining
the change.
It does not work when I add a remote bug tracker watch. Wouldn't it be
rude for me to leave a comment (and hence spam everyone) to say "added
remote bug #foo" only to get me added to the subscribers' list? I
don't know if there are other actions, which don't require (or provide
me with an option to) add a comment, for which the automatic-CC-ing
won't work.

Thank you for pointing out that adding a comment automatically CC's me
to the bug.
