Auto-subscribe to bugs I have committed some action on - User Preference

Clarification: When I add a comment while changing the status of a
bug, I am not auto-subscribed. I just tried this with the following
bug:
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/cupsys/+bug/37241

I had to click "Subscribe" to get subscribed.
