Mising German Upstream Translations

The upstream translation of a lot of applications do not appear in
Rosetta. So many translators started to redo the translation from the
beginning. This results in quite a mess.

I know of the following packages that are affected by this issue:

https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/dapper/+source/openoffice.org/+pots/ooo-writer

I will ask for a more detailed and hopefully complete list of affected
packages on our translator list.
