Mising German Upstream Translations

Hmm, I think I found the problem, seems like we are missing latest
version for kde-i18n-de. Jonathan, the maintainer, will fix this today.
It affects all KDE packages.

This one is caused by a broken .po file that had non UTF-8 chars inside
a file declared as being UTF-8. Matthias, could you take a look? msgfmt
-v -c -o /dev/null de.po should tell you the lines where the errors are,
ignore the ones about the header.

Anyway, I fixed it manually but we should fix it in the OO.org
sourcepackage.
