Could it be the launchpad-integration package is detecting the source
package name wrong? What package is this, gnash?

Ah. I see: it's not an official package.

and it appears that launchpad-integration is pointing to the page on
Launchpad. This is very interesting! A third-party package's name is
being used to redirect to Launchpad. It may be that
launchpad-integration need to be fixed to check for the 404 and inform
the user that the package is not maintained in Ubuntu. James?
