Launchpad's calendar will soon be removed

Hi everyone

For a while now, Launchpad has had a calendar function. But it's never 
been particularly useful, compared with other free calendar services on 
the Web. And nor has it been integrated with other parts of Launchpad.

So to help us concentrate on more important Launchpad functions, we 
will shortly be removing the calendar. If you've been using it heavily, 
don't panic: you can download your calendar as an iCal (.ics) file to 
use in other calendar applications.

Once the calendar is removed, the calendar page will include this 
download link as well.
