How does a completed translation in Rosetta become a working application?

Hi.
Some time ago, the Esperanto team finished translating the strings
for OpenOffice.org (minus the help files so far) in Rosetta/
Launchpad, and my question is "What happens now?" Will an Esperanto
language pack automagically appear in Synaptic? If not, what do I
need to do to make it happen? Who do I need to speak to? Thanks in
advance for your help.
One other thing: when I search for "openoffice" under Products, I'm
directed to the translation files for OOo in Breezy (which is what we
translated).
https://launchpad.net/products/openoffice
However, I can't find a link from there to Dapper or Edgy, and if I
start under Dapper or Edgy distributions, I can't find OpenOffice! By
wandering through the Launchpad site a little bit at random, I've
managed to discover:
-- language-pack-eo-base
-- language-pack-eo
-- language-support-eo
Could someone tell me what these are, which one (if any) contains the
localisation of OOo, and whether I need to install them in any
particular order.
Thanks in advance for your help. Regards,
Tim
