No, that's not this bug. That use case is a way to get translation
memory exported in a single file instead of a tarball with multiple .po
files. Once translation memories are implemented, I guess we will add a
way to export it in a standard file format.

He wants a standard file format (xls or doc ARE NOT standard) for the
translation memories, like http://www.lisa.org/standards/tmx/

Don't worry, .po file format is not a good format for translation
memories so we will use an standard one, but it's too early to say
exactly which one.
