Replying to questions with:-
* "try google"
* "I don't know"
* "You can do that with a script" (and not providing it or any suggestion of 
how to craft it)
* assumptions on technical level of users (i.e. suggesting command line foo 
when the user is clearly an Ubuntu novice)

Or should the above go in a more general "How to give good answers" 
document?
