Translator credits

This is a very tricky business and could be avoided if those
responsible for pushing/accepting the translations via Rosetta were in
sync with upstream. The Brazilian teams for Ubuntu and GNOME
(upstream) is a perfect example, IMHO, of a well synced and oiled
translation machine. It all started as a collaboration project and
now most translators from the Ubuntu team have become "full-time"
translators for the GNOME project. Translate once, distribute it
everywhere! :)

I believe that the committers from the Ubuntu/Rosetta side are
ultimately the ones responsible for doing the triage and playing with
upstream teams in order to avoid redundancy and confusion.

Cheers,
