"Actions" -> "All People" should be "View All People"?

Hi Folks,

If you visit a "groups" page, or the "people" section of the site, the
sidebar has "Actions" as a heading, and then underneath it the sub-items
are, for example, "All People", "All Teams", "Register a Team".

While "Register a Team" is an action, the terms "All People" or "All
Teams" are not. Should these not be changed to "View All People" and
"View All Teams"?
