Hi,

We're working on Launchpad 1.0 and want subscribers to launchpad-users
to be the among the first to see it in action! So, we're inviting you to
join the beta team.

The main thing you'll notice is a brand new user interface, which makes
Launchpad easier to navigate and organises information more clearly.

Note: this is a private beta, so please don't publish screenshots.

As some of Launchpad's most experienced users, there are two ways you
can help make sure the new interface makes Launchpad easier to use:

1. Use the beta as normal: use the new interface to perform all your
Launchpad tasks. The more you use it, the better we can see how it
performs under the surface.

2. Talk to us: if there's something you dislike, feel could be improved
or that looks wrong, let us know. Ping me (mrevell) in #launchpad or,
ideally, mail the launchpad-users list.

By using the new user interface, you'll help us smooth off any rough
edges and ensure that Launchpad continues to rock :)

To start using the beta, apply to join the Launchpad Beta Testers team at:

https://launchpad.net/~launchpad-beta-testers/+join

Once you've applied to join, please email me to confirm that you agree
not to publish screenshots of the new user interface. We'll then approve
your membership and you can see the new ui at:

https://beta.launchpad.net/

Within time, your account will use the beta interface by default.
