Beta team members - beta now your default interface

Hello,

If you're a member of the Launchpad Beta Testers team, you'll now see
the new user interface by default.

For all pages, other than the launchpad.net home page, Launchpad will
automatically redirect you to the beta equivalent.

We've had loads of really useful feedback from everyone that has already
been using the new interface and the redirect means you now no longer
need to specifically visit the beta URL.

To find any further bugs and to continue gathering performance data, we
want as many people using the new interface as possible. However, if
you'd prefer to swap back to the previous user interface, you can at any
time. Simply visit the public launchpad.net home page and select the
option to "Disable redirection for 2 hours".
