Team hindi localization

Hi all,
  we are bunch of people Dedicated for Ubuntu- Hindi translations, as
we do a lot of offline translation work for both gnome , Thus we want
to get registered as Ubuntu-hindi translators team.

the current team https://launchpad.net/people/ubuntu-l10n-hi, Owner is
not responding as is inactive , can anyway we can get the official
recognition as ubuntu-hindi translator group. I have seen similar
other teams as ubuntu-french team
