New Launchpad docs - tell me what you need

Hello,

I'm writing a set of quick-start guides that will help novice users get
to grips with Launchpad. It's part of a complete rethink of the way we
handle Launchpad's support materials/documentation.

Quick-start guides explain, step by step, exactly what a user needs to
do to achieve a specific goal. There's very little to distract from
telling the user what to do, such as background explanations.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on:

* which Launchpad tasks need a clear, easy to follow guide
* which Launchpad concepts need better explanation
* the format you'd find most useful - e.g. web page, screencast, etc.
