New Launchpad docs - tell me what you need

I'm not sure what screencasts are - if they are video or anything
similarly high bandwidth then no. We need to be accessible - not just
for screenreaders etc, but for those without broadband. I presume that
text is also easier to translate.
I personally would like web pages I can save and refer back to. This
means that there should be an option to have it all on one page for
easy access - the same text spread onto several pages is harder to
deal with as the links go to online docs rather than the copy on your
harddrive.
How to file a bug would be useful. How to file a support request. How
to use Rosetta.
What do people generaly use launchpad for?
