Could you please re-phrase that? I don't understand what you mean.

Regarding the original e-mail sent by William, he already answered that saying
it was his mistake. He pasted the wrong content in the Code of conduct upload
page.
You haven't received his email yet probably because it's waiting in the
moderation queue.
