how to set a team as a translation group

It's hiding at
https://translations.launchpad.net/yourproduct/+changetranslators

The (hard to find) link to it is at the top left on
https://translations.launchpad.net/yourproduct/

There is a bug about those links being hard to find -
https://bugs.launchpad.net/malone/+bug/77695

I believe you need your translation group to be set in here though -
https://translations.launchpad.net/translations/groups. You probably have
to ask the Rosetta developers about that.
