Adding upstream bug watch

Hi all,
      I wanted to add the upstream bug watch for Brasero for
https://bugs.beta.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/brasero/+bug/119725/ .
Now I wanted to add the upstream bugzilla watch as I've also pasted
the same bug there http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=446093
but there seems to be no way if I just want to add a bug watch. One
can either an upstream distribution like debian or upstream which
doesn't seem to have been defined. I am unsure if its an oversight on
the packaging info. or something which needs to be worked/tweaked on
launchpad.
