Adding upstream bug watch

Hi Shirish.

You had to update the bug information for the Brasero package, clicking
on it, and searching for the correct release series. (I just searched
there for Brasero, and clicked on the only one there is, which is
Brasero/trunk).

Now you can add upstream bug watches clicking on "Also affects upstream".
