Hi Emilio,
Ok my mistake, I don't know whether I had chose trunk version
or not. I see that the issue can be rectified in this instance using
https://beta.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/brasero rather than perhaps
choosing https://beta.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/brasero/0.5.90-0ubuntu1
. To try the idea I made a dummy bug (sorry for that, don't know if
there is some sandbox for this purpose)
https://bugs.beta.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/brasero/+bug/119737/
which I rejected after this became clear. Were you saying the same ?
If yes, please lemme know.

Another thing when you give upstream what if its a trac ticket , I
saw quite a big list there but if there is a specfic trac or bugzilla
which isn't covered what is the way out? For e.g. deluge maintainers
do use launchpad but they also have there own ticketing system also.
http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/roadmap so in the sense if one wanted to
link up the two, for a specific bug is that possible ? Can we make
entries as upstream is known to us or is it the job of original
maintainer to give upstream links to that database ?

Sorry if quite a bit of things are hypothetical in nature but I want
to understand how things work. I wish I could chat with you guys on
pidgin & sort it there itself but sadly I have been hit with this
issue http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=468322 & the only way I
can do that is from windows which doesn't really solve anything :/

Anyways, thanx for your help. Cheers !
