can not file bug report.

I have been trying all day to file a bug report (using beta and without
beta LP) and i keep getting  "include the error ID  OOPS-431BA485  in
your message" I cant say for certain its the same error ID but its
failing in same place. It fails after typing in summary. It doesnt
matter if i use the "report a problem" menu entry or using the "report
bug" link on a bug page.
