Hmmm. I wonder how we could produce a reasonable heuristic to display
reported bugs instead of assigned bugs. The only way around that that I
can easily see would be placing reported and assigned bugs on the same
page; in that case you'd have an empty section (omitted) for the
assigned bugs report.
