I'd suggest that it be something a user can choose - I don't really
see a problem with "assigned" being the default, if there's a button
beside the "Bugs assigned to Noirin" or under Actions or something to
Change Default View (I'm not a UI designer, so feel free to do this
some other way!)

To be clear - I don't think everyone wants to see bugs reported by
themselves - any more than everyone wants to see bugs assigned to
themselves. I just think it should be configurable, which one you see.
