Integrating the Forums with Launchpad: a developer friendly approach

As a follow up on my previous email, I've posted a small summary of
the actual way to implement this on the forums side to get some
ubuntuforums devs feedback:

The current "text-mode" for bugs in launchpad should be enough to grab
the relevant information, so no extra work seems to be needed there.

What remains to be discussed is how launchpad can show "relevant forum threads".

I suggested using standard "tags" in the forum, so maybe filtering by
tags and parsing that information to get thread titles and links would
work.

I really don't know what goes on in launchpad development, but from a
web-developer stand view, this doesn't seem like it needs too much
work since it would integrate existing features.
