Thanks a lot for your answer !

Why do we need then a "Translation" link on the page of the "Blender
package for Ubuntu" ? for Ubuntu specific translations ? I think for a
very large majority of applications, there is no distribution specific
translations... And there is a big risk to create divergent
translations between Ubuntu and upstream. That's already currently
quite a mess to synchronize Gnome upstream translations with Rosetta
for Feisty...
The same apply for tickets or bug. I understand very well that in one
case you have "Ubuntu package specific requests/bugs" and in the other
one (ie, on the Blender project page), the application related ones,
but it really confusing. It should be made very clear that when you're
accessing the "bugs" page (or "answer" page) on the "Blender package
for Ubuntu", only bugs (or question) related to the integration of
Blender into Ubuntu should be reported. For others bugs (related to
the application itself), we could provide a link to the "Blender
project page".
Same for Blueprints : on one side, "ideas to improve integration of
Blender in Ubuntu", on the others side "Ideas to improve Blender".

Actually, that's my point: even if I was playing a bit the "idiot
user" in this mail, I think it's currently very confusing. The issue
is also linked to the fact that Launchpad host project pages which are
very often not endorsed by the projects (like... Blender).
There is no obvious way to solve it, but at least, concerning
interactions with Ubuntu users which will want to fill bugs, ask
questions, propose ideas, it should be easier to know where to
interact.
Bye !
