Automated bug comparisons

Right. However, it is by far not insisting enough, we still get lots
and lots of duplicate crashers with exactly the same title. I talked
about this with Bjorn already, if the title matches exactly, there
should be something big red flashy 'YES, WE KNOW IT ALREADY' :)

Anyway, we currently ponder disabling apport and/or 'Report a bug' for
the final release, see [1].
