Well, for me as a somewhat experienced developer it's far from clear
that every occurrence of "DodgyApp crashed with sigsegv" is the same
bug.  So I've been saying "not a dupe" by default.

But maybe it would be better to put them all in together and separate
them later, and making launchpad more strongly encourage that would be
good.
