getting all the feisty .po files for a particular language

Hi all,

I'm trying to translate kubuntu before the translation string deadline and am
running into some problems. There's an entry in kicker which says "add/remove
programs" and refers to adept_installer. STrangely, though, the string
"add/remove programs" does not appear in the adept_installer package or in the
kicker package. I thought that the only way to track the string down was to
download the hi_IN translations for all the packages currently in feisty. How do
I do that?
