getting all the feisty .po files for a particular language

You can do 'apt-get source language-pack-hi-base language-pack-ghome-hi-base',
those have all the PO files for hi_in, nicely grep'able.
You might need to wait a bit, today I am going to update Feisty's
packages.
The other option is to catch me in IRC and use me as proxy who can do
greps for you in the langpack-o-matic build area.
