Brazilian official mirror not listed in launchpad

br.archive.ubuntu.com and br.releases.ubuntu.com are not listed in
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors. I tried to register the
mirror but it said it's already registered to c3sl/ufpr, which is
correct. So why don't we show up in the list?

We're the main country mirror. The other two listed are incomplete
and/or mirror from us. Please include us in the list.
