Brazilian official mirror not listed in launchpad

Every day we run an automatic checker on all mirrors, to see if the mirror
is accessible and what content it mirrors. Only mirrors which are accessible
and have some content are included in that listing.
In this case what happened was that the checker only got timeouts and 503
responses [1] from br.archive.ubuntu.com on May 25th, thus causing it to be
removed from that list. Right after that we had some issues and the checker
didn't run until May 29th [2], so the mirror was kept out of that list for
longer than it should. As you can see now, the mirror is showing up on that
list again as it has succeded in the last three checks.
BTW, we have a way of notifying mirror owners when the automatic check fail
on their mirrors, but it's currently disabled. Would you like to receive
these sorts of email notifications?
