freshness status of ubuntu mirrors in launchpad

In https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors we see the freshness
status of ubuntu mirrors. However the information there doesn't seem
to be correct. For example, the C3SL/UFPR mirror in Brazil is
up-to-date, as shown by the entries in project/trace:
