freshness status of ubuntu mirrors in launchpad

The freshness is obtained from our automatic checker, which is run only
once a day. Sometimes the checker is run a few minutes before the mirror
is synced against archive.ubuntu.com, thus making the freshness innacurate
shortly after the checker finishes. I don't think there's much we can do
to alleviate this other than running the checker multiple times every day
(something that may annoy some mirror admins and maybe even trigger
anti-DoS scripts on some of them). If you have any ideas on how to improve
that, please let us know. :)
